2020 Strategic Objectives

Adapt Plans for Excellent Games Execution in 2021-22

Ensure the safety, well-being, enjoyment and success of the Team USA delegations for both Tokyo and Beijing.

Enhance NGB Support and Oversight

Launch enhanced NGB support and compliance operations and a new certification model, to improve organizational health and stability.

Strengthen Support for Team USA Athletes

Provide clarity and transparency to Team USA athletes about available USOPC resources and services. Collaborate with the AAC to establish effective mechanisms for continuous improvement in athlete support.

Earn Stakeholder Trust

Strengthen and sustain relationships with stakeholders through transparent, two-way communication and continuous feedback.
